Customer Small Language Model

For every customer, EPHY will create a company specific small language model, which will be augmented with needed content from the HR SML. This company specific SML will be used to 
Create and deploy the HR tone, rules, skills, and processes of the company. 
Generate, launch, and sustain HR’s programs and policies that match the company needs and tone.
Answer and/or action employee questions on those programs and policies.

Data Collection

EPHY collects data daily from a wide variety of nation-specific public and paid data sources. This enables the creation of a highly focused Small Language Model (SML) tailored to various dimensions, such as locality and employee types. The methods of collection are:
Public Sources: Information that is publicly available to anyone or does not violate the policies of password-protected sites.
Paid Data: Information that requires payment for its use and is shared with HR Copilot’s customers, such as job data.
Community: Content created by EPHY’s community of HR experts, specifically designed to fill potential gaps in the SML.
